Grilled chicken breast, grilled ribeye, Mexican sausage, shrimp, cactus, queso fresco, pineapple, jalapeño, mixed peppers, onions, tomato. Topped with cheese sauce, red sauce, in a granite bowl. Served with rice, beans and tortillas.
